I read an article in the Northwest Florida Daily News today that lifted my spirits. A local man, Mark Rankin, chose to give a little time to save some lives. He is a pilot, and he flew from Destin to Georgia to bring back a group of dogs who were facing death because their shelter was closing. You can read the article here
